We started ResolveIT because too many businesses are left with technology they cannot explain, fix, or grow.
A lot of companies have the same problem: one person installed the cameras, someone else touched the network, another person changed the access system, and nobody has a clean picture of how it all fits together.
Our reason for doing this is to make business technology feel less like a black box. We want the customer to know what they have, why it was installed, how it is billed, and what to do next when the business grows.
